A structural mezzanine included in every base shell — a refined room above the floor, finished to the owner’s taste, with one and a half bathrooms standard.
Full humidity and temperature control. Twenty-four-hour monitored access, gated entry, and individual unit security throughout.
A dedicated member building with concierge, lounge, kitchen, and event programming. The clubhouse is the reason for the bays, not an afterthought to them.
